Shipping policy
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL ONCE PLACED AND CANNOT BE AMENDED.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER, QUANTITIES, ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS THOROUGHLY BEFORE CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER
We aim to process all orders within 5 working days, and will then send it on your selected shipping method. During busier periods, processing delays may be experienced for which we sincerely apologise.
UK Standard orders will be sent via 'Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class'. Orders placed Monday-Friday will typically be delivered in 2-3 working days on this service (plus the time it takes us to make the product)
UK Express orders will be sent yours via 'Royal Mail 24'. Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will typically be delivered next working day on this service(plus the time it takes us to make the product). Please note this is not a guaranteed next day delivery service. During busy / sale periods, this may not always be achievable.
Signed: Our cheaper shipping option. No tracking service, but your parcel will have proof of delivery with recipients signature.
Tracked: Our standard shipping option. Tracking number provided. Provide your email address and mobile number to have updates direct from Royal Mail. No proof of delivery, selected at customers risk. If selecting this option we strongly advise adding a note in the section provided for a "safe place" message for your delivery man/woman.
Tracked and Signed: Our premium shipping option (suggested). Tracking number provided. Provide your email address and mobile number to have updates direct from Royal Mail. Your parcel will have proof of delivery with recipients signature.
International orders weighing under 2kg will be sent via 'Royal Mail International' and have tracked and signed options made available to countries where these services are provided
* Whilst some orders have the option to be delivered via a first class/standard shipping service, please note that we would always advise to select the Tracked Option (where available). For parcels sent via a non-tracked service, we are sadly unable to offer any assistance to the location of your parcel in the event of a delayed or lost item. Jam Deluxe Shop bears no responsibility for any lost or delayed parcels sent via this selected service.
DUTIES & TAXES
You may be liable to pay import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. These are applied once the parcel has reached its destination country, and you will be responsible to pay them. We have no control over these charges and they must be paid in order to receive your goods. For more information about this you would need to contact your local customs office.
If you refuse to pay these charges then your order will be sent back to us. However, you will still be responsible for these charges, the original shipping cost and the cost of the return shipping. These will all be deducted from your refund.
TRACKING ADVICE
Where possible, we always provide an optional 'tracked' and/or 'tracked & signed' for service. Our advise is always to select the tracked & signed option to guarantee the safe delivery of your items and proof of delivery.
All Gift Cards will be delivered electronically to your email address. Please note that no physical card will be sent.
Shipping rates will vary according to selected country, order weight and delivery service selected/available
REMOTE AREA
Regardless of whether 'free shipping' is provided at checkout, should your address be flagged by our postal service as being in a "Remote Area", there will be a surcharge to pay before your goods can be despatched. If this is the case, we will contact you via email prior to shipment. If you do not wish to pay this surcharge, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Regardless of whether your order qualifies for Free Shipping, if you live in a "remote area" - determined by the postal services, not us - a "remote area surcharge" may still apply. We will email you should this be the case.
PRE-ORDERS
Please note, if you order other items in the same basket as a pre-ordered item, all items will be sent together. If you would like your non-pre-ordered items to arrive sooner, either place two separate orders, or contact us at info@jamdeluxe.com to arrange an additional postal payment.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Please note, UK public holidays will affect postage. Please note that Royal Mail 24/48 is only a reference to regular business hours.
Example: Where there is a UK Bank Holiday Monday, should you order 1st Class/Express Delivery between 1pm Friday and 1pm Tuesday, your order should be with you Wednesday. Should you order Standard Delivery from 1pm Friday - 1pm Tuesday, your order should be with you Thursday.
BUSINESS DAYS
Any reference to 'business days' is classed as Monday-Friday, excluding any public (UK or Internationally recognised) holiday.
CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS
Please note, the Christmas Holidays will affect all domestic and international postage. Also, please note that Royal Mail 24/48 is only a reference to delivery aims within regular business hours.
Our estimated delivery times are not guarantees from us or our postal service providers.
We do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
